Issue Summary:
When the user clicks run test in Sprinter from ALM sprinter displays an error stating that 'An error has occurred and Sprinter needs to close. Unable to decrypt the value ‘some-random-value’.
Further testing showed that Sprinter would work fine if the user opened the test directly from Sprinter. The problem only happened when the user tried to run a test in Sprinter from ALM.
The Fix:
Install Sprinter Patch 22 from HP support portal.
