Oracle Databases and HP ALM 11.52 (not confirmed but expected on HP ALM 11 - 12.01)

Issue:

When installing HP ALM 11.52 (or other versions) on an Oracle DB you may run in to an issue during the HP ALM Server Configuration Wizard indicating that the DB user cannot retrieve information about the temporary tablespace. Error: "Information retrieval about temporary tablespace failed"

Solution:

In the HP ALM Installer files navigate to the Utilites --> database scripts directory and run these scripts to ensure your DB admin account has the correct permissions.
