We are upgrading a project on a Linux box with a separate Linux repository

Issue Summary:

On Site Admin it asks for the location of the DBID.xml file to begin the upgrade. The problem is that the Windows machine cannot point to the DBID file in the repository if the repository is a Linux box.

Steps to point the DBID.xml file:

What we did is we moved a copy of the DBID file on the desktop of the windows machine that had Site Admin open.  We keep an exact duplicate of the DBID file in the Linux repository.  This way we were able to point the Site Admin to the DBID file on the desktop.   Once Site Admin sees the file it is able to connect directly with the Linux repository.  To transfer the DBID from the Linux box to the Windows desktop we used WinSCP.
