Issue:
When trying to generate a graph, a warning is displayed in the lower right hand corner. When the warning link is clicked a error message displays stating, "Data could not be retrieved for some of the selected projects. The graph may display partial data."
When details is clicked the following displays, "Failed to get data from project 'xxxxx' in domain 'xxxx' due to an unexpected error. Contact your administrators for more details.
Solution:
The index on one or more tables is corrupt. Drop and rebuild the indexes on the database.
