Issue Summary:

When trying to open a test in UFT that is stored in HP ALM if another user is editing the test you will see a notification indicating the user that has the test open. If you are greeted with this message and you are sure that no user has the test open for editing this could indicate there is a lock on this test in the HP ALM database.

Solution:

You will need to log into the HP ALM project database and view the "LOCKS" table. If there is a lock existing for the test in question then you can manually delete the database record and your test will be accessible once again.
