Issue:

When using the HP ALM server configuration wizard the installation fails with the error "failed creating/upgrading SA schema: Upgrade of SA schema failed.

Solution:

Check the QCverifyReport located in the repository->sa->Admin->MaintenanceData->out->SA_DOMAIN->SA_PROJECT

It is likely there are extra columns or other objects causing issues that need to be fixed manually.
