Issue:  

When installing UFT and pointing to the concurrent license server it was noted the server was not available. After verifying port 5814 was open using netstat we verified there were no errors in the log files. The logs indicate the connection is being made. 



Solution: 

Make sure installation is patched to the latest level.  Patch UFT_00143 resolved this issue for us.
