Issue Summary:
When trying to upgrade ALM 10 to ALM 11.52 on Oracle 11g an error message appears stating: “Error: Failed to abort maintenance task. No task is running on project 'XXXXXX' in domain 'XXXXXXXX'”. In the upgrade log the message states, “error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50610: internal error: drexdsync DRG-10607: index”
Resolution:
The problem is that the original name of the database contains more than 29 characters. There is a patch to fix the Oracle database to fix this issue. If you don’t have access to the update, change the database name to contain fewer than 29 characters.
The patch is: Patch 11822454: DRG-10607 "INDEX META DATA IS NOT READY YET FOR QUEUING DML".
