Issue:

When installing HP ALM 12 occasionally the configuration wizard will fail to launch. Unlike previous versions of HP ALM 12 the launch server configuration wizard has been removed from the default program files folder in the windows start menu.

Solution:

Manually launch the server configuration wizard by running the following command:

C:\Users\UserName> "<install directory>\HP\ALM\run_configuration.bat" gui false
