Add the Oracle and SQL XML files from the Server R2 installer package in to the proper directory: <QC10Repository>\sa\DomsInfo\MaintenanceData\dat

Install the newest patch

In the Repository\sa\maintainance info you'll find a validations .xml you'll need to comment out the db validation line
