Issue:
An action only iterates once, even when there are multiple rows of data in the local datasheet.
Solution:
HP moved the Action Call Properties. It is only accessible from the Solution Canvas.
From the canvas, right click the action, click Action Call Properties. In the run tab, select Run on all Rows, click OK.
