Issue:
When trying to connect to the OTA an error is displayed "Unable to create activeX component". The below reference is made and is causing the error.
Set QCA = CreateObject("SACLIENT80MP.SAapi")
Solution:
Run internet Explorer as an Admin:
First, ensure the ALM components have been registered.
http://<<SERVERNAME>>/qcbin/start_a.jsp?common=true
Second, ensure the Site Admin components have been registered
http://<<SERVERNAME>>/qcbin/SiteAdmin.jsp?common=true
Third, reinstall the connectivity addin.
