Issue:
When the user is using the TestCaseDesign module, the user cannot drag and drop items from the TestCaseDesign sheets into the their test cases. The action is blocked.
**User may also receive a popup at Tosca launch saying the Test Case Design Add-in license is not active.
Solution:
Ensure the user is using a Trial license, rather than a Community license. The user's license may default to the community license after their trial license has expired.
