Issue: 

When doing an upgrade task ALM fails with an ORA-01722 error stating an invalid number in the upgrade task query. 


Solution: 

In this specific case the project is linked to a template and after further review the database has valid numbers. In the error message we can clearly see a [] so this is an bug in the upgrade task code. To workaround, we aborted the upgrade task and reverted the upgrade but running a verify and manipulating the database back to its original state. We unlinked from the template and proceeded with the upgrade.
