Issue:
When launching CBTA from SolMan Test Configuration we get a Unable to open SAP Gui on system. We also noticed a "The scripting is disabled on the specified system" error message in the CBTA logs. Full error text below:

Solution:
In SAP System, run RZ11 and verify current value of sapgui/user_scripting is set to true. This should enable scripting.
