Applies to ALM Client keeps crashing
Issue Summary
Able to log into a project and attempt to make changes; however every time the user tries to save the changes the ALM client will crash forcing a hard reset of the client.
Steps to fix the problem
Verified that several users were having the same problem with 1 project specifically. Because it was only 1 project and not the instance itself, and because it was multiple users we figured that something had happened to that project.
To fix the problem we went into the ALM Admin page and ran a verify/repair on the page. The repair found problems but was able to fix those problems. After the repair was finished the project started acting normal again.
