Issue:
After executing a UFT script from ALM, clicking the report in Test Lab displays an error message "Cannot download report".
Solution:
In site admin, add internal parameter RESPONSE_KEEP_ALIVE_INTERVAL with a value between 10000 and 60000. We set ours to 60000.
