Applies To:

Using ALM with IE 11 or later.

 

Issue Summary:

ALM does not work with IE 11. 

 

Steps To Work Around:

Inside IE 11 you can select compatibility view settings. This will allow IE 11 to be viewed by ALM.

 

  1. In IE, navigate to ALMs URL
  2. Click the gear to open IE settings
  3. Click Compatibility settings
  4. A new window will open. In the window it should have the URL for the ALM instance. Click ok.
  5. Proceed to open ALM
